For training programs and certifications:

  • Participants must attend at least 80% of sessions to be eligible for certification
  • Certification exams must be completed within the specified timeframe
  • Certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of Artics Global
  • Training materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Artics Global's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Artics Global makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
